- Florida FTC Remote Kick-off Agenda – September 9, 2023 at 11:45am EDT – The Florida FTC season kick-off plans include combining our traditional online state-wide program with several local league hosted events. Please join us and be prepared to ask questions about the game rules by going to FIRST in Florida YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/live/v1tGVmHzxWE?feature=share) at 11:45am EDT on September 9th. The following is the planned agenda:
- 11:45am – Welcome and Introduction to the Florida Season Theme – We will also tell you about our planned team video contest that will include gift card awards
- 11:50am – AJ’s Tech Time with a summary of the important technology updates
- 11:55am – Hello to all of the team’s attending a physical kick-off event around the state
- 12:00noon – FIRST Season Kick-off Video and Game Animation
- 12:20pm – Bob & Sid Show with a field and key game rule review
- 12:30pm – Live Game Q&A

- Rookie Team Grants – The FTC Rookie Grant is back! This grant is meant for underserved/underrepresented Rookie FTC teams. Teams can apply directly here: https://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/team-grants. Grants will be awarded weekly.
